Hooray! The first post of many! Enjoy!!
First and foremost, please only use this pattern with candles that are in glass. Such as Glade candles. As you hopefully know...paper is flammable.
So I designed this pattern because I love candles, and I always buy Glade Candles at the grocery store. I don't really find them very pretty to just place in the middle of a table either. On the bright side, they are inexpensive and smell great! Also, this is a fun way to dress up your home for a party, or the holidays. Hand made IS always better.

Materials:
1.)Scissors
2.)Glue stick
3.)Super glue or hot glue gun
4.)Two pieces of Large Scrapbook paper, any pattern
Step One!
Fold each piece of paper in half and cut down the fold. Repeat this until you have 16 squares from each sheet (totaling 32 squares from both).
Step two!
Using your glue stick, glue two squares together. This way the pattern appears on both sides. You will want to make 11 squares all together. There will be extras, which is nice in case there are any mishaps.
Step three!
Use the guide to make sure the folds are correct. With one square (a.), fold diagonally so that opposite corners touch (b.). Reopen the square, and then take the corner on the right side and fold to the center. Repeat this on the left side (c.) and this should now be looking like a kite. Flip the paper over now. Take the smallest point and fold up to the middle (d.). Repeat this 10 more times.
Step four!
With your super glue (I prefer super glue because it creates less of a mess and less chances of me getting burned) or hot glue gun, put a pea sized drop of glue on the right corner of one piece. Then place another piece in the fold, press and hold until the glue feels like it's dried. Do this until you have glued all the pieces together and they are overlapping in a way that looks like a semi circle.
The final part of this step is to over lap the two end pieces and secure with glue, this will make a crown shape and will finish this craft.
Here are a few Examples of what different papers, or different sizes of the same pattern can make. I made some matching napkin rings. You could make a whole themed table scape with this pattern.
